Yeah, I just checked one of our new machines which is a dual
dual-core.  It reports 4 "GenuineIntel" CPUs in /proc/cpuinfo, all of
which have the 'ht' flag set. 

So, in theory, if I were to enable HT in my kernel, I might well see 8 CPUs ?
