    Thursday: A slight chance of freezing rain and sleet before 9am, then
    periods of snow possibly mixed with sleet. High near 33. North wind
    between 3 and 5 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New snow and sleet
    accumulation of 2 to 4 inches possible.

    Thursday Night: A chance of snow, mainly before 9pm. Cloudy, then 
    gradually becoming partly cloudy, with a low around 25. Calm wind.
    Chance of precipitation is 30%. New snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches
    possible.
