Photo gallery sw with tagging?

Yeah, that's the one.  Ideally, I:

   Take a picture.
   It goes into some kind of queue.
   I review it for lack of suck and pick a category for it (end of my  
involvement in the process).
   When I'm in range of a WiFi point it sticks it into my gallery2.

Between ideal and reality hopefully I can find parts that do all/or  
most.  And maybe write a bit of code.

BTW, through much heck online, shortages, bad ordering and  
fulfillment systems, and such it appears I have two n810's coming at  
this point.  If anybody wants the other, lemme know before I send it  
back.
