Saving editable PDF forms?

Yeah, I basically had the same exact reaction the other day when I
found pdftk.  It's amazingly powerful and exactly what I'll probably
need in 5 million different scenarios.  To bad the 1 scenario I needed
a solution for doesn't seem to have one :)
