SIP Provider suggestions?

I also recall Tim reported Telesip as allowing unlimited inbound  
connections simultaneous (for values of unlimited your setup can  
handle).  Last I looked Broadvoice didn't do this.  I seem to recall  
some other reason they 'went evil' but I forgot why.

I was *finally* (I went to the SLUG talk, what, a year ago?)  
installing Trixbox into VMWare this morning, so please report back  
here if you find some gems while searching.

Speaking of all this - does anybody know how to take an existing  
Centos 4 install and munge it into a Xen DOMU?
