Nor widely implemented!  Given that the majority of the world runs
Exchange, I don't expect sieve to catch on anytime soon.

True, but how many ISPs turn it on. Actually, that brings up a better
question.  How many ISPs run an IMAP server for their customers.  Most
ISPs I know of server POP3.
