Linux not allowed to engage in online banking in South Korea?

Hmmm.  I have been to South Korea, and since my habit is not to carry a
lot of cash on me or use traveler's checks or credit cards, I do use the
DCU ATM card to get local currency.  I do not remember having any
problem in South Korea doing this, but perhaps I was using an
"International Bank" that had their own network, and therefore their own
authentication method that the DCU could authenticate against.
