I purchased a MSI branded one:

Showing up today as 30.99 (maybe a few bucks for shipping).  This card 
uses an s-video out and does not come with an cable. I actually run 
s-video to composite because that's what I had laying around.  Quality is 
fine considering it's being displayed on a beat-up 27" TV.
