  It depends on the nature of the usage.  A lot of torrent users are
leaches, mainly downloading.  If you suck up a lot of upstream
bandwidth, you will eventually get warnings and possible disconnection
from Comcast.

  I'm confident it's a coincidence that this also happens to
discourage small-time production of video to be distributed via P2P,
but I'm also confident Comcast is quite happy with that coincidence.
