  Exactly.  If you complain to Comcast that you are having trouble
with one of the above, you'll be told that they are prohibited by the
ToS, so they won't help you.

  Again, they don't want you doing anything other than sucking down content.

  No, because in the remote access case, you're not redistributing it
to others, you're using it to yourself.
