Yes, since their support is now much harder than "have you rebooted your 
computer?  have you rebooted the router?"  There could be a dozen 
reasons why you can't connect to your home system from outside, and 
Comcast doesn't have the time, money, or desire to help you figure out 
which it is and they're even less interested if the problem is something 
on your end.  They might if you get the business-class service, since 
that ToS does let you run servers.  I haven't had to call Comcast for 
help on that, so I don't know what they will or won't do for you.
