I know someone who has told me she has "all the equipment to
professionally embroider" stuff. According to her, if you can give her
a digital image, she can embroider it.  I have no idea what the
pricing would be, but if the order were large enough, I'm sure she'd
love the business.  Currently she's a "hobbiest" on the craft-fair
circuit, but does excellent work.  Sadly, she does not yet have a website.

I'd be more than happy to check into pricing if there were a concensus
on a) items to be embroidered, b) a design (or 2 or 3) to be
embroidered.

If we were to buy the items plain, like t-shirts, etc. wholesale, we
can probably get them fairly cheap.  The embroidering cost would
obviously be separate.  However, since this is a one-person operation,
it might be more flexible with respect to minimum quantity limits in
order to make it affordable.
