FINALLY!  I hated CDE :)

Of course, OpenWindows was pretty clever when it came to customizing
mouse/hot-key menus.  If memory serves, it was just a directory
structure under your homedir with flat text files, space delimited
into columns "label" "command", and OW would run what was clicked on.
