I wish it were that easy... I created a custom installer a year ago based on the (at that time) current etch (completely against my wishes. I wanted to just use LFS). Everything that was built on that requires very specific versions of things. I maintained the ISO's and repo for a while, but then it was taken over by someone else. It has recently come to light that my instructions for building the installer weren't being followed, and as a result, the installer no longer works. I need extremely specific versions of installer packages (udebs), and a specific tool chain, as well as specific versions of many packages that aren't available anymore. And, of course, my original CD's have been mis-placed, and the repo that I no longer maintain is apparently missing things because... Well, that is a much longer story....
