You misspelled CDROM :-)

I have a number of old systems w/o CDs but a SCSI port for an external CD.
Most of my newer systems don't have a floppy.  I had to get a USB floppy
drive.

It'll be a sad day when CDs no longer have a device to play in.  I
consolidated lots of old floppy media to a few CDs.  I have hundreds of CDs
now.

Boot from a FreeDOS floppy.  copy a: b:

Create a temp truecrypt volume and work in that.  Delete it when you finish.

Boot Knoppix and dd the floppy to/from the RAM disk.  If you're truly
paranoid, remove the hard drive while you do this :-)
