And so do I, for whatever that's worth. I've got enough hassle in my
life as it is, I do not need the added stress or financial burden that
legal entanglements will likely bring. And I don't think anyone else
here does either.
Ben, I would like to personally thank you for both your service and
your time to this community over the years. Without you, I'm not
entirely sure where we'd be as a group, or who would be managing the
GNHLUG infrastructure. You've done so with grace and aplomb and you
are to be commended and thanked.
While I think that this whole issue has a rather run amok and been
blown out of proportion (kinda like that whale on the beach) I think
we need to learn from this as well. Sometimes it seems like a good
idea to stick dynamite into a seemingly harmeless, dead and
decomposing carcass, until some giant chunk of it is headed right for
you, your friends, and/or their cars :)
So, thanks for doing what you've been doing, and thanks for trying to
keep us all out of trouble.
As for the idea of "a mere link" being silenced, I don't think that's
the case at all. Anyone who *really* wants to circumvent the law needs
only to google for how to do so, just keep in mind that you might not
want to "Google for Muder before Committing it"
So long, and thanks for tall the fish.
