A most unlikely problem: Need help with AOL support.

I'm only asking here because I usually get lucky.

I run a few mailinglists. People who post are required to sign their 
names. I never bothered to get on people's cases if their From line has 
their fullname, e.g.
"Alfred E. Newman" <aen at whatmeworry.edu>

It seems that aol people never *see* the fullname unless the sender is 
from aol. (How viral is that? said Katie Couric)

Is this configurable by aol users or is this what I'm stuck with? :-(
