Those water cooler conversations are getting smaller. In the 70s, there
were 3 main stations and everyone watched one of them. Now with hundreds of
channels and time shifting DVRs, there's a good chance that you're the only
one at work that watched a particular show.
I go through that all the time with sports. I don't watch football,
basketball, baseball or hockey. I watch MotoGP, Motocross, Tour de France
and The Dakar Rally, Most people haven't heard about some of the races, let
alone the competitors.
