Wow. I haven't heard much from Oxford in a while. My personal experience 
is that of all the agencies to supply contract work in the Whole Big Wide 
World, Oxford was considered to be the lowest of the low. They specialized 
in schemes to screw the contractor ranigng from lies to prevent you from 
taking other work to massive overcharging of the client while underpaying 
the contractor. They did as well as they did by depending on contractors 
who had little experience in dealing with agents.



An acquaintance sent me the following job spec:
