Looking for MSI's for GIMP, InkScape

The gimp on windows project has an exe for 2.2.14 along with gtk+-2.10.6.
That's what I have on my work PC that's running windows.  You probably
already knew that....

There is also a project called Gimpshop that mods the UI to be more like
photoshop.
