They should all run Linux. You will probably need the i386 kernel
compiled for the Geode target, rather than the PC target though... I
think that we've got the Fit-PC machine running one of our in-house
cannibalized Gentoo distros. If you're concerned with X running on the
video hardware, you can probably just use the Xvfb server (I think it's
the xorg-vfbserver module in X.org 7.3) to get a network-access-only
Xserver.
