Used SugarCRM for a while in a production environment.
Bad: At some point the database got some entries which caused bizarre
behaviour, and I was never able to figure out which entries caused it.
Bizarre behaviour included leaving one column out of the sort headings (data
was displayed) etc.
I know it was database contents because I did a full file reinstall and
pointed it at the existing database with identical results.
Good:
Install was very easy. Populating is pretty easy too, if it doesn't have an
import utility for something you can probably adapt an existing one easily.
Easy to add things that users want, without editing any files, just use the
"Studio".
Handled a lot of the little details well.
