Didn't Linux come to DEC 1st? I was with you at this event, remember? You
had just gotten/were about to get a 486 EISA machine ;-)
They handed out Linux on Alpha bulldog tattoos (have mine somewhere) with
the CDs.
I'm fairly certain it was long before 96/97, since by then I was
