Does anyone have a contact at the Secretary of State's office?

An article on the State budget cuts in the February 23rd Concord Monitor
reports:

The Secretary of State's office will give up $70,000, and won't replace
old computers this year.

Depending on the requirements, this might be an opportunity to showcase
Linux as a replacement OS that can eliminate the need to purchase new
hardware. Not that I have the time to pursue something like this, but I
thought I'd throw it out to the list to see what people thought of the idea.
