Check the BIOS setup utility first. There may be an option there.
Failing that, you'll probably have to get some Linux software/driver
to control the pointing devices. Most laptop pointing devices are
made by either Alps or Synaptics, and there is generally software
available for Linux. Try Google:

The first hit suggests it's an Alps touchpad. And:
