  Wow.  This looks horrible for the entire project.  They obviously
had poor information management plans, databases die all the time
world-wide due to machine crashes, floods, MS SQL crashes.  Not being
able to recover the information within a day or two is just bad..

  I'm kinda speechless.  And some of the people lost have already paid for them?
