OLPC Crisis: Customer Data Lost

That seems typical. My XO was waiting for me when I got home from
work on Dec 21; I was surprised to see it, as I had no email
notification at all at that point. I think it was about a week
later that I finally got an email notification that the XO had
just been shipped.
