Looking for duplex help with my printer :-(

Normally, I don't ever tell people if I know how when they need printer
help. It just makes them ask you more questions. But then again, maybe,
I'll get lucky...
I am the proud owner of an HP Laserjet 1320. I downloaded the specific
driver for that printer and installed under cups. Now when I run the
lpoptions -l
command, I get the following output:
720 > lpoptions -l
Duplex/Double-Sided Printing: DuplexNoTumble DuplexTumble *None
InputSlot/Media Source: *Default Tray1 Tray2 Tray3 Manual Auto
PageSize/Page Size: Letter *A4 11x17 A3 A5 B5 Env10 EnvC5 EnvDL EnvISOB5 EnvMonarch Executive Legal
PageRegion/PageRegion: Letter A4 11x17 A3 A5 B5 Env10 EnvC5 EnvDL EnvISOB5 EnvMonarch Executive Legal

PreFilter/GhostScript pre-filtering: EmbedFonts Level1 Level2 *No

My understanding (and I could be wrong) is that I should be able to say
lp -o Duplex filename
and it should come out double sided.
It does not and I have no idea what to do from here.
BTW, we just installed a Konica-Minolta C353 superprinter and I followed
the exact same procedure and Duplex (and everything else) seems to work
just hunky-dory.
If anyone has any suggestions, I'd be grateful.
