How do you do email?

PC brings out a beige computer with Exchange, outlook, anti-virus. All in
one price.

Linux brings out server multicolored computers, each with a different email
system. You get to chose the features, price, etc.

The customer asks if PC can do X. PC says something like, this is the way
it's done & you can't do it any other way.

Linux shows several different ways do do it, including one that will work
nicely if you already have the PC version.

PC keeps insisting that it's not possible.
