Good idea.  I found a script that uses sox's band pass filter to find  
DTMF's that I could hack to return time values.  It's horribly  
inefficient but I have cycles to spare on my over-powered PBX machine.

It would still be fun to have a more efficient tool, so if anybody  
ever runs across one please post.  It occurred to me since yesterday  
that most matching values would have to be tupes, since processing is  
largely in the time domain, and fuzz tuning would be a constant  
issue, so nice language support would be great.
