Nope.
However, check out Low End Mac (http://lowendmac.com/ ) for a list of video
cards.
They'll also have a list of used mac dealers.
It's a G3 PCI tower (no AGP) running OS10.4.

I run a VNC server on my 10.4 system. I might have to nudge it with
ether-wake if it has suspended but the VNC setup has worked very well. My
Mac is in the basement and I use a laptop to get to it.
