On November 10, 2008, Ben Scott sent me the following:

You may also want to try flushing your recursive DNS server if possible.
Mine had the penguin page's A record (64.30.13.248) cached for at least
another 3000 seconds. The authoritatives are returning 199.125.75.42
with a TTL of 604800.
