Perhaps you could persuade Bill McGonigle to invite Patrick up to
Dartmouth for a presentation to DLSLUG. Patrick has spent quite a lot of
time working on some intricate replication situations, both for Grazr
and before that for MySQL themselves, and he seemed very open to sharing
his insights and taking questions from the audience.
