Drupal's what I do for a living, though I tend to be more theming and
configuration than custom development at the moment.

As far as local resources go, I'd recommend posting your listing on at least
the New Hampshire and Boston groups on groups.drupal.org.

Also, both groups are actively hosting meetups in their respective areas....
the first New Hampshire meetup was last night at the Concord Monitor, we had
18 people show up last night with a pretty decent range of skillsets and
abilities, and we're trying for meetings somewhere in the range of monthly.
