[OT] IIS 6 Configuration Expertise

Hi: 

Realize this is off topic, but I know there's a lot of folks on this list knowledgeable about that 'blue' operating system. 

Having never run IIS 6, I need help configuring a reverse proxy plug-in.
Managed to get this all working with IIS 7 (then again, 7 provides a nice set of text files for editing). 
Specifically, I'm looking to get the Managed Fusion rewrite plug-in installed.
