  When I did this kind of thing, I ran ISC BIND, and used shell tools
to manage the zone files, scripting bulk changes and/or using the
macro features of ISC BIND.  Your typical The Unix Way kind of
solution.  I gather that's not what you're looking for, since you're
looking for a fancy web GUI thingy.
