Ethernet NICs w/ USB host attach?

StarTech part #USB2105S, Moschip 7830 chipset.

Upon plugging it in, the following shows up in dmesg:

The driver for it is mcs7830.

Of course, now I can't find it on newegg.com any longer. But here it is:
