video streaming and caching proxies

  After some quick looking around becouse I was curiouse, it appears
that they are using streamed ASF files, which infer it is being served
up via microsoft media server streams.

  I'm personally unaware of any low cost solutions to proxy mms
streams, besides Microsoft Proxy Server.
