Joomla is definitely one of the popular CMS systems out there.
I've found that the move away from static web pages to almost any CMS is 
pretty liberating for people.
Removes the need to have 'the web person who makes all the changes' in 
an organization.
Still trying to get the local schools over that little hurdle.
