The nice folks at Pragmatic Programmers sent me several books for
GNHLUG's benefits. If anyone is interested in reviewing the books, let
me know, and I'll arrange to get the book to you.
Here's the deal: you get the book for your own use in exchange for a
review. Within six weeks, post a review to the GNHLUG list, Amazon, or
other places folks can read it. Please send me the links so I can show
PP that we're good for this sort of stuff. After you've posted the
review, you're free to keep the book or to donate it to the
GNHLUG/DLSLUG library. If you can't manage to get the review written,
please get the book back to me so we can offer it to others who could.
We've had mixed success with this in the past, and I'd really like to
encourage publishers to share their books with the group this way in the
future, so I'd appreciate your help.
Here are the books in this batch:
Programming Erlang, Software for a Concurrent World, by Joe Armstrong
Ubuntu Kung Fu, Tips, Tricks, Hints and Hacks, by Keir Thomas
Release It! Design and Deploy Production-Ready Software, by Michael T.
