OT: Job: Java Developer

My company is hiring a geek!  Is it bad to post such things here?  I figured
no holds barred in these trying times, eh?

Title   *Java Developer*     *Description*  Responsible for Java application
software development including analysis, design, testing of component-based
applications and tools in a Web/internet environment. Works on new and
existing applications, enhancements, and infrastructure. Performs hands-on
coding, assists in architecting web content solutions, and mentors junior
developers.   *Requirements*  A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Mathematics or related discipline, or equivalent work experience and
technical training.
A minimum of 3 years developing and implementing complex technical solutions
in a multi-tiered web application environment.
A minimum of 2 years relational database experience.
Strong experience with web architecture design and development tools and
languages; especially JSP, JDBC, Java Servlets, JavaScript, SOAP, XML/XSLT,
HTML, ANT, CVS
Superior organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.   *Type* Full-time  *
