[ot] Empty DVD cases available

Doing some fall cleaning. We have ~70 black DVD cases, empty  - nearly 
all single, but a couple double- and triple-disk - cases with the clear 
plastic wrapper on the outside.

If anyone has a use for them - handing out free software, replacing 
damaged ones in their collection, shipping discs to clients - they are 
yours for the taking.
