BarCampManchester is being held NEXT Saturday Sep. 26th from 9:30am to
4:30pm @ UNH Manchester.

I know a few gnhlug'ers attend every year.  Unfortunately this year I
wont be able to go as I'll be traveling. These user driven conferences
tend to be more fun with more people so the more the merrier I
suppose.

Here are a sampling of some topics which have already been pre-posted
to the website http://www.barcampmanchester.org/:

- How to be a closed source business that supports the open source community
- Immersive Environments: how to play when the computer is not a computer
- Code Secrets
- Web Analytics 101
- Understanding the Value of User Research, Usability Testing, and
Information Geek Survival Guide For Working With Corporate
Communications & Marketing Departments

As always, anyone can present, when you show up and register (no
charge) you can also write in your presentation topic for an available
slot in the day.

In the past there's been free swag and free food.  O'Reilly is listed
so there will likely be some freebie books with animals on them. In
past events there's been free coffee, soda, and also lunch (last year
was pizza).

I have no official affiliation with this event, but every year I've
been it's been a great way to spend the day amongst fellow technology
lovers, coders, and geeks.
