The public release of a proposed science and technology business plan
for the State of New Hampshire will be made by a distinguished group of
New Hampshire citizens who are leaders of the NH EPSCoR Program.

EPSCoR is focused on the State's science and technology development
through the establishment of long-term partnerships among New
Hampshire's academic institutions, business and government with a goal
of increasing the research and development competitiveness of New Hampshire.
