When I have needed a 32-bit browser on a 64-bit system, I just grab either
the 32-bit Firefox or Seamonkey package, untar it to my home directory and
create a firefox32 or similar alias pointing at it.

It works reasonably well, but it's pretty rare that this is a requirement
these days. I don't think I've run into must-use-32-bit-browser situation
in more than a year. I used it for Veetle before they had a 64-bit
version.
