  Several years ago, when I was working in Salisbury, MA, a VAR based
in Virgina delivered some 72" high, 4-post cabinets to me as part of a
package.  It turns out they were manufactured by Martin Enclosures, in
Seabrook, NH -- about a 5 minute drive from us.  The enclosures had,
of course, been shipped first to VA and then to us.

  The quality of build and design was good.  Not the best I'd ever
seen, but good, especially for the price.  Their prices seemed
competitive, even with the VAR's markup.  I don't know if Seabrook
qualifies as "local" for you.
