Sometimes an organization needs to step back and review what they're
doing and decide if they want to change direction.  

Just because you have a staff of Cobol programmers writing CICS
applications, you don't necessarily keep writing new CICS applications
for all of your "on-line" applications.

How much pain is inflicted from the old ways?  How much is gained by the
new ways?  How much do you value Freedom?
