  I dunno, but it sounds like you've hit some kind of sanity check
inside YUM/RPM itself.  "ERROR rpm_check_debug vs depsolve" sounds
like an internal consistency check.  The fact that you're asked to
report the error suggests the program "knows" something is wrong but
can't do anything about it.

  Not that this helps you much.

  You might try checking the error reports at the given URL.  See if
you can find an exact match.  If not, see if you can find something
close enough to give you a clue.  If not, see if you can find
instructions on submitting a new bug report, and do so.
