OSS Video Conference solution?

Actually, XMPP does do streaming video; I don't believe it was
part of the core protcol spec, but it did come in later via XEPs:

Possibly there are some other XEPs involved beyond what's
listed there--I haven't really read up on this part
of the XMPP world--I've been mainly interested in the
various text, geolocation, and whiteboarding parts.
