Call for topics, Open List

Was going to call for a casual meeting in Manch, however after talking to a
couple of other members, developed some broader considerations. That is for
renewing some of the group's past vigor. The following questionnaire was
created to get an idea of the types of topics members are interested in and
what type of efforts individuals are willing to contribute to reinvigorate
and keep GNHLUG strong.
